NOTE: It is our company's policy that we DO NOT deal in second hand products. Therefore all our products are 100% NEW.

Terms & Conditions (Please read)

Purchase

1. All prices found in this website are in terms of Singapore Dollar (SGD).
   
2. If interested in any of the products, please fill in the Order Form. A confirmation email will be sent to customers. Invoice will be issued together with product during collection. All products are based on first come first serve basis. While stocks last.
   
3. For reserved product, please arrange for meet-up or transfer the payment within 3 days of reservation. If we do not receive any updates from you, we will remove it from reservation.
   
4. Meetups can be arranged. Please contact us to arrange for a meetup. (Help us! Meet us only when you are VERY interested. We are not a "mobile" shopping cart. Thanks! )

Payment

1. Payments can be made in 5 methods.
   
   - Bank/ATM transfer (POSB or DBS),
   - iBanking Transfer,
   - PayPal payment,
   - Cash when meet-up,
   - Telegraphic Transfer.
   
   
2. For Bank / ATM, iBanking and PayPal transfer customers, we will only send out the product when we received the payment. Best to email us once you have transferred the money so that we can verify it easier.

Delivery

1. Delivery charges applicable to customers who chosen postage delivery. Flatrate normal local postage charge $2.00. Free normal postage when purchase is $50 and above on a single receipt (Not applicable for more than 1 address). Overseas delivery charge will be based on location and mode of delivery. Additional $2.00 for registered mail per address sent.
   
   Note for Normal Local Postage:
   The postman will try to "squeeze" the product into the letterbox. But if the product is too big for the letterbox, the postman will go up to your doorstep. And if nobody is at home to collect the product, you may need to collect it from the nearest Post Office.
   
   Note for Registered Mail:
   For all sizes of the product, the postman will send the product to your doorstep. But if nobody is at home, he/she will drop you a note. And you will need to collect it from the nearest Post Office.
   
   
2. For postage delivery, please allow about 3 days to a week maximum for the product to reach you.

Notes

1. For customers who bought the products WITHOUT meetups - Products sold are NOT refundable. Exchangable within 3 days upon product received. Therefore please check the product well before use. (Provided there are stocks remain.)
   
2. For customers who bought the products THROUGH meetups - Products sold are NOT refundable OR Exchangable. Therefore please check the product before purchased.
   
3. For customers who are NOT living in Singapore - Products are NON refundable and NON exchangeable.
   
4. Actual colours of products may differ from what is seen on monitors. However the difference will NOT be a lot.
   
5. All products are properly checked before we sell to our customers. Quality is ensured by our staff. Therefore if there are any defects/damage/loss packages when delivered by post or oversea delivery, Xphora will NOT be liable for them.
   
6. We will try to exchange faulty products with you. If there are any cases which exchange cannot be done, you may need to change into other product of the same value.
   
7. Xphora reserves the right to make any changes to the website anytime under certain circumstances.
